Payout & hold rule
Funds are released to the seller after tracking is provided and the item is delivered, or after 7 days, whichever comes first. Sellers are paid weekly, net of fees, payment processing, refunds and adjustments. This protects buyers from non-delivery and gives sellers a predictable payout cadence.
