Trust isn’t a tagline. It’s the operating model.
Here’s how Shopingly keeps the marketplace clean for both buyers and sellers.
Every seller is checked
Sellers apply and are reviewed before they can list anything. Not every applicant gets in — that's the point.
Sellers aren't paid until you're happy
We hold the money. It only reaches the seller once tracking confirms delivery, or 7 days after tracked dispatch — and it stays put while an issue is open.
Tracking on every order
No untracked parcels. You can see what was shipped, when, and by whom.
Returns that fit the category
A cot mattress and a pair of earbuds shouldn't share one returns policy. Yours reflects what you actually bought, on top of your UK statutory rights.
You know who you're buying from
You buy from the seller, not from a faceless platform — they're named on your order. Shopingly runs the checkout, holds the money and handles support.
Humans who answer
WhatsApp and email, typically answered within 30 minutes Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm UK. If a seller goes quiet, we chase them.
Payout & hold rule
Funds are released to the seller when tracking confirms delivery. If the carrier doesn’t confirm delivery, funds release 7 days after tracked dispatch— unless the buyer has reported an issue with the order, in which case they stay held until it’s resolved. Sellers are paid weekly, net of fees, payment processing, refunds and adjustments. This protects buyers from non-delivery and gives sellers a predictable payout cadence.
