Tracked there. Protected back.
Every Shopingly order ships tracked, and returns are backed by UK consumer law. Here’s the policy in plain English.
Delivery
- Tracked on every order. Sellers must dispatch with tracking — it’s a condition of selling on Shopingly.
- Items are dispatched by the seller you bought from. If your bag spans several sellers, each dispatches their own items, but you pay once.
- Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown per item before you buy, and you can follow the tracking from your order.
Returns
- Changed your mind? For most online purchases you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Faulty or not as described? You can reject it for a full refund within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — and the seller covers return postage.
- Returns are category-aware: exemptions like hygiene-sealed items once opened, or personalised products, are flagged on the listing before you buy.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the return.
- Because Shopingly holds the payment until delivery is confirmed, a seller is never paid out while your issue is open.
Something wrong?
Report an issue from your order, or contact us at support@shopingly.com or on WhatsApp (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm UK). We mediate between you and the seller, and the seller’s funds stay held until it’s resolved. More on the model at trust & safety.
Delivery & returns questions
Is delivery tracked?
Yes — tracked delivery is required on every Shopingly order. It's a condition of selling on the marketplace.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
For most online purchases, UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations) gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel and return. Some items are exempt, such as hygiene-sealed products once opened or personalised items.
What if an item arrives faulty?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days, and after that you're entitled to a repair or replacement. Faulty or not-as-described items are always the seller's responsibility, including return postage.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and are processed within 14 days of the return being received back by the seller.
