Seller guide

From application to first payout.

Everything that happens between applying to sell and money landing in your account — six steps, no mystery.

  1. Apply

Tell us who you are, what you sell and how you fulfil — the form takes about five minutes. We review every application within 2 working days and reply by email either way.

  2. Get vetted

We check your business details, product range and dispatch setup. Shopingly is curated: we'd rather say no than let a bad experience reach a buyer.

  3. Set up your shop

Once approved, you'll get access to the seller dashboard: set your dispatch times, returns handling and payout details before anything goes live.

  4. Create your first listing

Title, at least three good photos, brand, barcode (GTIN) where the product has one, price and stock. A complete listing is published with full shopping data automatically — Google-ready with no separate SEO step.

  5. Make your first sale

You're notified the moment an order lands. Dispatch with tracking and mark it dispatched — the tracking number is required, and buyers see it immediately.

  6. Get paid

Weekly payouts, net of fees. Funds for each order release when tracking confirms delivery — or 7 days after tracked dispatch — unless the buyer has reported an issue.

Fees in full on the pricing page; how the marketplace protects both sides on trust & safety.

Seller questions

How long does the seller application review take?

We review applications within 2 working days and reply by email either way.

Do I need my own website to apply?

No. An existing website or marketplace presence helps us vet you faster, but it isn't required — holding your own stock and dispatching with tracking is.

What do I need for my first listing?

A clear title, at least three good photos, the brand, the barcode (GTIN) where the product has one, price and stock. Complete listings are published with full shopping data automatically — there's no separate SEO step.

Which couriers can I use?

Any courier that provides tracking. A tracking number is required when you mark an order dispatched.
