Shopingly is a UK-first curated marketplace. Sellers on the platform are independent businesses and remain seller of record for their orders. Shopingly acts as marketplace facilitator and agent — operating checkout, support and the trust layer.
Use of the site
By using shopingly.com you agree to use the site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. We may update or restrict access at our discretion.
Orders & payment
Shopingly collects funds at checkout on behalf of sellers and holds them until tracking confirms delivery — or, where the carrier does not confirm delivery, until 7 days after tracked dispatch — unless the buyer has reported an issue with the order, in which case funds remain held until the issue is resolved. Sellers are paid weekly net of fees, processing, refunds and adjustments. Shopingly charges sellers a commission on each sale as published at shopingly.com/sell and confirmed in the seller agreement.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are category-aware and handled through Shopingly support. Contact support@shopingly.com if you need help with an order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lets Ignite Limited’s liability in connection with the marketplace is limited to the amounts you have paid through the platform in connection with the relevant transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
