Use of the site
By using shopingly.com you agree to use the site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. We may update or restrict access at our discretion.
Orders & payment
Shopingly collects funds at checkout on behalf of sellers and holds them until tracking is provided and the item is delivered, or until 7 days have passed, whichever comes first. Sellers are paid weekly net of fees, processing, refunds and adjustments.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are category-aware and handled through Shopingly support. Contact support@shopingly.com if you need help with an order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lets Ignite Limited's liability in connection with the marketplace is limited to the amounts you have paid through the platform in connection with the relevant transaction.
